  • When will I receive my package?

    Orders placed before 13:00 from Monday-Friday will reach the parcel terminal within 48 hours. This limit applies from the first business day after the order is submitted if the order was placed after 13:00 on a Friday or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

    If you choose the "I'll pick it up myself –  Liimi 6/2- 7.boks" option, you can come to our office once you receive the ‘Package ready for collection’ e-mail. This will be sent to you within 24 hours. The warehouse is located at  Liimi 6/2, Tallinn and is open from Monday-Thursday 09:00-16:30 and Friday 09:00-16:00. Please collect your package within seven days.

  • Are the goods sold in the AndBeauty e-store the genuine article?

    Yes, we only sell authentic, original goods. Our company is an official distributor of the brands we sell (excluding perfumes), which means that the products come direct from the manufacturers. AndBeauty does not engage in illegal trading.

 

  • Is there any chance your products could have exceeded their shelf life?

    No. We do not sell beauty products beyond their expiration date. The shelf life and safe use of products is governed by Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Cosmetics with a shelf life of over 30 months are labelled with an open-jar symbol, indicating the period after opening during which the product remains safe to use. In the case of cosmetics with a shelf life of less than 30 months from the date of manufacture, a use-by date is indicated on the packaging.

 

  • Can products be returned?

    Yes, if the goods are in their original packaging and are both unused and undamaged. Goods purchased from the AndBeauty e-store are subject to Estonian law, according to which goods can be returned within 14 days of the day of receipt.

    As soon as the online store receives the returned goods, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract are refunded as soon as possible (but no later than within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice).

 

  • Is registration required in order to place an order?

    No, but registered users receive a 5% discount on all full-priced items (except perfumes). Additionally, you can save favourite products to your wish list, from which you can easily add them to your shopping cart at any time. Your account also provides a good overview of the products you have already purchased and your order history, and once you are logged in, the shopping process is always quicker and easier.

 

  • Can I change my order once I have already paid?

    If you notice an error in your order, you can change it immediately after placing your order. Contact AndBeauty’s customer service on 610 4040 or at info@andbeauty.ee to change your order.

 

  • I forgot my password or I want to change my account details. How do I do so?

    Those who already have an account but have forgotten their password can click on ‘Log in’ and then on the ‘Forgot your password?’ button. When directed to the next page, enter the e-mail address you registered with in the blank field. Then click on the ‘Submit’ button.

    Further instructions on how to change your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

    You can update your account details by logging into your account on the AndBeauty website and clicking on ‘My account’. Then select ‘Change password’ and make the necessary changes.
