Delivery

You can choose from a number of delivery options when ordering from the & Beauty online store. If you order more than €59 worth of beauty products, you will receive FREE delivery, with your items being sent to the parcel terminal of your choice.

If you place your order before 13:00 from Monday-Friday, we will deliver your parcel to the post office within 48 hours. The 48-hour limit applies from the first business day after the order is submitted if the order was placed after 13:00 on a Friday or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

PARCEL TERMINALS

In general, your products are delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice within 48 hours of you receiving your order confirmation by e-mail. AndBeauty is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the transportation of goods. As a precaution, we recommend that you use an indoor parcel terminal during the colder seasons so as to prevent damage to your beauty products caused by cold weather. Once your order has arrived at the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS containing the code to open the locker.

I WILL PICK UP THE GOODS MYSELF

& BEAUTY WAREHOUSE

You can pick up your order from our office once you receive the ‘Package ready’ e-mail. We are located at Liimi 6/2 (box 7, the MG Beauty office) and are open from 9:00-16:00 Monday-Friday. Please pick up your parcel within seven days.

Please note: When picking up your order, please wear a mask.

COURIER

Your parcel can also be delivered direct to your desired location. After you receive your order confirmation e-mail, the courier will deliver the parcel to the address specified on your order within 48 hours. If you choose courier delivery, the courier will contact you in advance and schedule a time for delivery.

Only the buyer whose identity is specified on the order can sign for the parcel, presenting ID when doing so. Packages may only be transferred to a third party with the prior consent of the purchaser of the products.

NOTE: The barcode on the package is the basis for the 14-day return policy. Please retain this number for two weeks in case you need it for some reason during this period. In the event that the customer does not provide the courier with the correct phone number and the courier is unable to contact the customer, the goods will be returned to the post office and the customer will be informed via e-mail about how to collect them later.

Should the customer fail to pick up the goods within the period specified in the delivery method of their choice, they will be liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to the online store.
